So yeah, I changed from 2~1 before anyone stated it was bad.
I really have no knowledge on cores, so I was wondering if I can change back to 2.
I saw a post awhile back that said to run -
| Code: | | rundll32 syssetup,SetupInfObjectInstallAction ACPIAPIC_MP_HAL 128 %windir%\inf\hal.inf |
Not sure if it works tho.
I've ran it, but I have no idea on what I'm doing. |

If you want to go back to dual cores, go to Device Manager,
then under computer you should have the "Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) PC"
then right clic it,
select properties,
under the tab driver,
select the option "Rollback Driver"...
it will tell you something about troubleshooter, select no,
then it will ask you to restart the system for changes to take effect, do it,
and it will restart,
then it will tell you to restart one more time and that's all.
you'll have your dual processors again... _________________
