on step 2 wat do i do the tuteriols dont help

Re-read them, if its not abundantly clear, you need serious help. (In other words: If you still need help, you need a tutor.)

Here are some basic things you can do:
1. Start the Tutorial & Cheat Engine.
2a. Click the little computer icon in the upper left of Cheat Engine.
2b. Find 'Tutorial.exe' and click OK
3. Begin your searching (Im not going to describe how to do this cause the tutorials do this in detail).
