Ugh, don't listen to him. MrRoy is one of those people that hates people who play on private servers.
Anyway, you delete "hal.dll" it's located in the system32 folder.
Then, restart your computer, so the changes can take place.
You then go into the normal WoW and click on server list, and you should see at the top of the list "Non-official servers", this is where people create private servers, go there and it will show a list of servers, pick one and enjoy =D.
Also, most CEFers play at "Chronopolis", so go there to join in on the fun.
