Its just a copyright from the owner of the person/company who made the website or powered it ect...
For example, if its a forum, it would be (c) Inv!sionfree ect... or if it was Dell it would be (c) Dell... ect
I don't think theres anything too it besides that...

Depending on the type of website you have, A lot of the time (in my professional opinion as a website designer) You need only provide a creative commons license delcaration and link to:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/us/
This service is free of charge and holds the viewer to a legal obligation to not modify all content. They are however legally able to share and distribute anything accessible within, as long as they credit you in full.
