how do you change static to none static?
how do you make trainers? do you use CE or something else?

1. Static address's do not change upon restart of the game.
a. non static address's are dynamic "DMA" and change once the game is closed and reopened.
2. If you cannot program, You can learn to use Cheat Engine, TMK or GTS to make a trainer.
a. TMK = Trainer Maker Kit
b. GTS = Game Trainer Studio
3. You scan memory with learned methods to find vulnerabilities.
Just relying on memory scanners is not good. You got to break open other tools as well, a debugger sometimes and dig. This way you get a better look at what you think found.
a. Server sided means "controlled by the server"
b. Client sided means "the game client controls the outcome"

wow thanks alot
with SS and CS, how can i determine whether its CS or SS?
also how do i +rep? lol..
also just a quick Q... single player games or games with no connection to something else, there 100% CS right?
also if i were to play a multiplayer game of say... Command & Conquer: Generals .. would i be able to scan for my amount of money and freeze it at a high amount (therefore giving me unlimited) ?
i can do it on single player, just wondering if its the same for multiplayer too

You can see wether it's SS or CS by simply looking if the value actually changed, or if it only changed what you see.
You can +rep by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon next to Reputation:
Yes, single player games are completely CS.
Depends if the value is stored SS or CS, if CS then yes you can get unlimited. But that's almost never the case.
