i would advice Delphi, it isnt hard to learn, and there is alot of tutorials out there with good explinations on every function, making you able to figur out putting the codes together in different ways

in about a month, i learned so much delphi, that i was actually able to make a AutoClicker for maplestory

but remember one thing, this is for every program you pick:
Do not just follow a tutorial! you will need to understand EVERY SINGLE PART of the program you are making!, such as what EVERY line will do

C/C++ is probably best for first language

if you want to go into GUI's and such but dont want to learn hardcoded ones using Win32 API, then C# is probably best.

It's all youre choose, every language program have his good & bad side.

It will most depend of what you wants to do. As for overall, C++ is best recommend because it's the base of almost all the programs. But others can do what this does also. Anyhow, just choose the one of you prefference.

In sintaxis, C++, Java are similar, so if you learn one, you easily understand another. also for VB and Delphi and a bit of C++. etc...
Logic makes all easier.
