- Assembly -No Ideas
- Batch -Simple Easy Commands, like copying files
- C -One of the first
- C# -C Mark 2, based of C but has been changed a fair bit (one of the best languages)
- C++ -C Mark 3, i'd say the most used for major apps, and probably games
- Cobol -no ideas
- D -dunnooooooo
- Delphi/Pascal -Basicish language, good for simple apps though
- Java -For websites and mobile phones
- Perl -not sure
- Microsoft .Net -basis for vb.net and other languages (i think)
- MySQL/SQL -Website based
- Shell Scripting -Not Sure
- Visual Basic -basic basic language, good for beginners to get a grip on programming
- Visual C++ -C++ but with a visual aspect, so GUIs are automatically generated, instead of you doing it manually
- QBasic -WTF!!

... oh my, you are wrong in many ways.

C# is pretty much the flagship .NET language.
Visual C++ is the IDE.

i'm too lazy to go over the rest so i am going to order a pizza and go to sleep.

That's not true.
It's actually just a cheap and good database which is mostly used for websites. But also online games like MapleStory uses something like that (maybe MySQL not sure). I use MySQL with delphi, and I like it Smile
