Problem with compiling "ce.bat" with DDK...

I'm doing everything right and it still doesn't work... Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

read compileinfo.txt and the objfre_wxp_x86.log file

I have read the compileinfo.txt file...
I ran ce.bat and it just opend and exit...

Took me 15 mins to get what it says:

changing to dos-16 file structure
1 file(s) copied.
'build' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
the system cannot find the path specified.

And it just exits...

About the objfre_wxp_x86.log file,
there's nothing in the objfre_wxp_x86's dictionary...
Now what? =[

sorry, I meant buildfre_wxp_x86.log
