Cheat Engine

Ok so i have a router, and I set up a static IP which is 192.168.*.***
And so i went to no ip and set up an ip of 72.95.***.** (That was the default thing there). I got DUC, and i checked the box for my ip, and it updated fine.

The problem is, when i went to prorat, I open the Pro Conective, and When i hit test, with my 72.95.***.** ip in the box, i get an error box that says "Proconective test message cannot be deliverd"

Do you have any suggestions? All help appreciated.


Summary
I set my static ip to 192.168.1.***
and my dns on the no-ip.org was 72.95.***.**
Ports that have been forwarded:
TCP 5110 -> 5110
UDP 5110 -> 5110
Firewall: Completely turned off by hacking myself with the prorat then taking it off...(I know i could have done the other way but w/e)

Also I need prorat 2.0SE if anybody can give me a free link?
