ok i have found out that it is not an ip ban because i have already changed it and the adress stayed the same. ok so is there a way i can find the hidden files on my computer and delete them to unban the account?

Just a heads up, most DSL/cable internet providers DHCP your WAN IP on their servers. And your assigned that IP for a set time frame. If a connection is not established for an extended period of time, the IP is marked usable and the next valid customer that needs an IP is able to obtain yours.

Simply unplugging and replugging your router in will not work 99.9% of the time due to the time frame you are given. Comcast, my ISP, has their DHCP timeout set to 24 hours, meaning you have to stay off the net for 24 hours until your IP is marked usable.

As for DSL, this can be different depending on the node and ISP. Most of the time it is 24 hours, but in some cases DSL changes each time you connect.
