Unload. All doesn't exist in VB6. You need to unload each object yourself when you are done with them.
And remember:
Form1.Hide or Form1.Visible = False
Is NOT the same as
Unload Form1 _________________

Erm..
What do you guys mean??
There are plenty of ways to do what he wanted in the first place.
| Code: | Dim f As Form
For Each f In Forms
Unload f
Set f = Nothing
Next f |
| Code: | Public Sub UnloadAllForms(Optional FormToIgnore _
As String = "")
Dim f As Form
For Each f In Forms
If f.Name <> FormToIgnore Then
Unload f
Set f = Nothing
End If
Next f
End Sub |
creds goes to Peter Aitken for writing the artical at Jan 14, 2005 8:00:00 AM for http://articles.techrepublic.com.com _________________

Nice that you give him credits but it's pretty standard to do it like that... At least that's one of the ways to do it...
Credits are mostly given if it's some sort of special function(s) that's worth crediting but who cares it's kind of you ^^ |

Then why the hell do you(=you ppl) say that you cannot do it..
It's a waste of time when you do so.
I didn't want ppl to think that i wrote it cuz i didn't so don't be so _________________

I didn't say that i couldn't do it.
Used to do it a lot when i used VB6 actively.
Yea for the people who don't know it's handy.
But still it's no advanced function or whatsoever it's basic usage.
That for in my eyes no credits are needed to be given.
But don't worry I'm not trying to bash you for doing so.
Just my 5 cents.
Ps.
Still think it's cute |
