i did the tut steps 1-6, i just didnt understand what step 5 and 6 did...

i need help understanding what goes on when i "replace the code that does nothing" or "add to the code list"

I found the adress for godmode, i find where this adress is written from and i tick ZF from that adress...nothing happens -_-''

Im at work now but if I remember correctly, it prevents unwanted code from executing by modifying it into code that does nothing.

oh yea! same here! i found thataddress and ticked only 1 ZF box, and nothing! i still get dmg...

i need help understanding what goes on when i "replace the code that does nothing" or "add to the code list". The is a part of finding pointers. So if you want to know more about it (there is more), read some pointer tutorials on the forum
