Well when i try to purchase NX with paypal (has woked like 5 times before)

I get this error after pressing submit:

This transaction has been determined as high risk causing the verification process to fail. Please ensure that your paypal billing information is correct and no methods are being used to misrepresent your billing location.



Will E border work with IE? If it has something to do with my proxy?

i'll recommand u to use IE, but there nothing to do with proxy,
a proxy server only hides ur IP address with the proxy server's IP address, so u IP address is hidden from other ppl, if they do try to track ur IP address then they will end up tracking the proxy server's IP address
