i got a new laptop, now can't downgrade to XP because HP is being fags. Hmmph. It voids warranty plus no drivers that people can actually use.

Just find out what kind of hardware you have, usually drivers are free downloads from the manufacturer's site.

true, it voids warranty, that's your decision. but once you come to the light and realize your warranty provides support for vista and comes from hp, you realize that your warranty isn't really worth s**t. you can follow the guide for downloading drivers and required software to get it to work from a site online. Seach google: "nogodforme tripleplay". its the first one. (didn't know if i can give urls or if its against forum rules) got it all working except for sound, lol. ps: db owns.

Meh I see i as Vista = XP
Because if you actually have a high end Vista PC, VMWare will be no problem to run XP in case of any compatibility issues. And Vista is just way cooler. There's a certain feel to Vista that I get when I don't get with XP. Maybe it's just because my Vista comp is way faster. I should stop thinking out loud while posting.

IM PRETTY SURE U CAN.
(note) XP is so much better then Vista, in Vista everything is changed, it sucks.

It sucks for you and only for you, because lots of business are going to change from XP Pro/Server to Vista Business/Enterprise/Ultimate
