You can also give it to him via torrents. Torrent files are not wares. 
Warez - term used by software pirates use to describe a cracked game or application that is made available to the Internet, usually via FTP or telnet, often the pirate will make use of a site with lax security.
Torrents -
1. A turbulent, swift-flowing stream.
2. A heavy downpour; a deluge.
3. A heavy, uncontrolled outpouring: a torrent of insults; torrents of mail.
Therefore torrents aren't illegal.

mhm .. to much to do .. i be happy with my popup everytime i think it says i need to buy it after 40 days .. it says that since a few years

I dont see what all the fuss is about, the only difference is if you get the old one you get an annoying popup every time threatening to take away your use of winrar in 40 days unless you pay up, yet it never does
