Well SP1 is currently available, but it's the beta version. I decided not to DL due to the annoying watermark that will be embedded on the bottom right of your screen.

that wasn't exactly his question...
SP1 for Vista will be sorta like an update, yes, which all you have to do is download onto a computer (which already has vista on it) and install it. the program will do the rest.
