Nobody knows if is possible, with CE or similar tools, download a program that normally you have to buy?

Torrents work, and usually it is cracked, but if it is not cracked you need to use a debugger to crack it (i.e. olly)

No, I want say that exist paying program (of course) but if is possible "skip" the part where you have to write your personal information and bancary informations.
