ok i was downloading this game on the internet which took 6 hours even with DSL and then when i try to play it, it only shows a black screen and i figured out i didn't have enough ram, my ram is 112 ram please tell me how i can make it higher.

Absolutely MAKE SURE you get the right RAM. If you don't, it'll fuck it up. It needs to be the same amount that your current card has, or get two new cards. Make sure they'll meet requirements, though.

Just make sure the RAM cards are compatible with your PC, not just the same size as what you have...otherwise..well...just make sure. The only to way to increase ram to is upgrade. A new card does not guarantee compatibility in all cases. 112mb ram is a miniscule amount these days, and judging by that, I'd say the other specs on your PC are lacking. Sorry to ay..you arent going to get any decentgames to run on that, even if you upgrade your ram.

Definately. If he only has less than 200mb ram, the rest of his machine has to be beyond way past obsolete.

yeah like a few people said it's better to get a new computer because you won't be able to run any decent games and you might find it hard to find ram for an old computer. also don't forget that computers can only take a certain amount of ram, and i seriously doubt your would take much.
