I made a new site with funny images, funny videos from youtube, and cool games from addictinggames.

do you think i'll get sued if i put this on the net?

the videos from youtube are of course watermarked by youtube, and the games all start with 'come to addictingames!' so i think those are fine.

with the funny pictures, its not like i bought them and am showing them for the world to see, and they are on tons of laugh sites like ebaums, compfused, and funnyjunk.

all input welcome.

As long as you list where you get them from, I don't think you'll get into trouble.

Do you have permission from all the authors? No? They can threaten you. Will anybody really care? Probably not.

I also don't think they can sue you as long as you as long as you list the sources and maybe not even even if you don't. I've seen a lot of sites like this and they are still around. Ebaums world stole a lot of things and all they got was a slap on the wrist and some angry songs+videos. As far as I know.

Well, if there's an official copyright that says like "(c) 2004-2007", then you can obviously use it. After that copyright date expires, ANYONE can take that work and rip the originality right out of it. Have fun ^_^.
