Look up ReadProcessMemory, you'll never learn if you just have people spoonfeed you all the code.

There are plenty of tutorials on how to do this on this forum, other hacking forums, and EASILY found via google. Help yourself and attempt to search before requesting for help. Look at your question and use the keywords from it. As well as what people have given you:

"Read values from game [VB6, request]"

Using logic (omfg logic!?!?) from what you are asking:

VB6 read game memory

Amazing what results you will get.
