So, i know it aint possible to hack server sided games, and also browser games with CE or an UCE... But what if, we use a packet detection program, and a packet editor, or a program that is able to send a packet? Could that work?

Yes... Hence the packet-editing guide in the Sticky section... But most games (the popular ones) generally encrypt their packets so you need to break the encryption first.
