they are beta testing it and when it comes to microsoft wait for a final to come which will be in 2008 somewhere. So far i hear it could bring at least a 10 percent increase in performance. Just wait patiently for a final version then it should be in good shape.

It hasn't been released yet. You can get the beta from torrent sites, but I wouldn't recommend using it on your main machine.

It's a beta program, and hasn't been fully released yet.

There isn't a release date either.

I don't think Maple Story is a FPS. And I really don't think you will be able to hack.
