Insert Windows CD,
boot computer, press any button to boot from CD
After all the drivers are loaded, delete all partitions, install Windows on unpartitioned space and it will automatically create a partition the size your HD can max have.

Use DBAN and then just put a windows disk in.

When you have 2 or more HD's, and wanna format the one that doesnt have windows on it, just go to my computer>right click the drive and click Format

or you can do it through command (which is more fun imo)
go to command, type
cd \
then type
format [drive letter]:
press enter and possible Y if prompted and wait till its finished
