would it be possible to install an installer for a game copy the programfiles folder and burn it transfer it to another computer and execute the .exe?

If it's something like Steam, of course not. But for a regular game like FEAR, I guess you could do that.

Like I said, if it's something like Steam where you need to put in account credentials to play the game, it won't work unless you're using a valid account.
