I have tried installing .NET framework multiple times, and it ends with an error
Error 25015. Failed to install assemblyC:/windows/microsoft.net/framework/v2.0.50727/microsoft.visualbasic.vsa.dll
because of system error 0x80131107
I have windows XP service pack 2

download .NET Framework 3.0, see how it goes
