There really isn't a general difference. Just the brand name. Go for the BFG. Also, try looking for a EVGA nVidia 8800.

im pretty sure those are both 8800GT's if you look at the specifications on the first link, best buy was just smoking something when they put the picture of GTS, but i would recommend if you wouldn't mind spending an extra 60$ you could get this 512mb BFG 8800 GTS

Nvidia decided to be complete dumbasses with their new naming convention,basically:
8800gts<8800gt<8800gtx<2nd gen 8800gts<8800 ultra
Confusing enough? The 2nd gen 8800gts and 8800gtx are about neck and neck, one wins some benchmarks, the other wins others, but the GTS is cheaper for roughly equal performance so I ranked it higher.
