Well the gameplay is alright, but the requirements.... Wow. I have a double core PC that was $3000 and apperently my CP can't handle Crysis, plus you need Vista. I reccomend getting Gears of War.

Exactly why you should get something like Supreme Commander or S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl instead.

You don't need vista to play crysis, just add -DX9 at the end

right click short cut, at target ("C:\..") add -DX9

("C:\..\" -DX9)

Yes, it eats systems alive and the engine is actually pretty damn fast. Have you looked at what gets rendered? The tri counts alone Crysis pushes in some scenes is around 3 million. That's close to 30x the polygonal detail as Farcry. I think it's the first game to actually do per-object motion blur, all lighting and shadowing is dynamic, the game is about as "next-gen" as it gets.

PS if your $3,000 dollar monster can't play it, something is wrong.

PPS you wasted a shit ton of money.
