Do you mean like add Visual Effects to your project, or like change the Graphical Interface of the Studios itself?
Yes you can add Visual Effects to your Project by certain Visual .OCXs
Yes you can change the Graphical Interface of the Studios itself by changing your System's Theme.
And I bet you don't know the answer!!

if you use latest visual studio, and want to have powerful interface design that cannot be done in visual studio, you can check out microsoft blend expression, a special tool for you to design interactive interface like flash, and yet you have the advantage to combine it to your vs form.

Yes i know, but the fact remains that this is a very good and easy way of replaceing the standard gui. Right?
I've tested many solutions but this one works rather well. ;D
