Never heard of it, I only know cuesteam. And as far as I know you don't have a useable steam-id and that means you can't play in league (esl, etc...)

Pacsteam is steam with all games included, you just need to make an account.

I don't know why people complain so much about CS:S, I've been playing CS since the 2000, and I think CS:S is really worth it. _________________
