put in the windows disc, reboot, hold whatever key it is for you to get to the boot devices (ESC for me), choose cdrom.

alternately go into the BIOS and set it to try to boot from the cd drive first.

Once you change the boot order like slovach said, when you start it will say "press any key to start setup." Just hit enter, and it will load, everything should be pretty much self-explanitory, when you're at formatting options make sure you select NTFS(quick) though.
