are you serious? it's like installing windows on a normal computer. just put in the disc and boot up your virtual pc. just make sure that your primary boot device is your cd drive (for your virtual pc or w.e computer you're installing windows on) and then boot from the cd. just follow the prompts and it will be done in no time. you can also mount an image from your real computer as a virtual cd drive and boot from that and then follow the prompts.
anyway just boot of a windows disc and follow the prompts, simple!
also "question" isn't a topic. you could at least ask politely. i bet you haven't even tried this before you go begging others.
