Uh...
There probably will never be CE for Wii, but it is possible to hack.
You would need to copy the Wii OS files onto your computer and run an OMIT Sim module so you can "install" Wii onto your computer, and from there hack away. Upload the hack files onto your Wii and thar you go.

Wii has internet capabilities, which you can in turn have it connect to your system as a proxy to the internet. That being said you can probably gain access to the system memory through that. The same method was used with GameCube and its popular memory hacking tool GCNRd.

You don't install them onto the system itself.
