Which browser? Try different browsers? Make sure pop-ups are allowed on the site?

| You probably have a stupid pop up blocker that can't tell the difference between an ad and a download.

IE 6 doesn't let me download shit at school. Try FireFox.

it's most likely your firewall. that happens to me sometimes where it says your download should have started, click here for a mirror or something. if you disable your firewall it should work automatically again, or change some settings with your firewall. it could also have to do with your browser settings, but if you're using IE 6 without changing those kinds of settings then definitely your firewall.
ps: change to IE 7 it pwns IE 6!!! (it won't fix your problem though i don't think)
