am i supposed to have when hacking flash/program games.............
because lately im not getting any results and im guessing its the settings

For flash I don't think it has anything to do with the CE settings, go to the Flash category and you will be able to find the different search by Flash version 7, 8 and 9.

it comes with cheats doesn't it? try gamefaqs.com to get your vice city codes or if not then google it.

Regular games have nothing to do with the way you hack flash to a point.
Regular games, you do exact scans in a type and do "not" multiply it by 8.

Single player offline game the settings not really important, you can do it with a normal default CE settings, but for multi-player online game the settings could be very important.
