1.when i go to "start" their is no control panel
2.and im having a trouble with vb6

right-click on start menu >> Properties >> Customize >> Advanced >> Under Start menu items >> Control panel >> Display as a link.

Visual Basic probably crashed because you tried to do something worth while.
