I believe that this is a reasonable definition for a Newfag, and a valid reason to complain about them.
Shall I make a list of newfags that will be of legendary proportions?
Kay here's the list due to overwhelming demand  (I don't care if I'm hypocritical in the least).
chad625, Lamer17, Fire, Daleks are Supreme, Biaster (it was better when you were a penis), jonnyftree, MUSTARD.
Talix would've but he doesn't fit the definition - he's just a fag (or fagfag).
Any others?

Lulz, while we're judging by join date, can we do post count too? I mean activity certainly means more than fucking joining and not posting for two years then acting like a newfag.
