as you can see my portrait is a bit big...

So how can i resize it?

Or can someone to it for me and post a link for me to a smaller one?

SHHH it's reasonable, well open the image is MS paint, then press ctrl+w and type in 50% by 50% then press ok. You can do it again and again, it just halves the size each time.
