By the way, almost all the legal forum wouldn't allow warez stuffs on it, unless they're trying to get themselves into trouble O_O"

Forum rules overall states: No warez. Every section. This also applies to Porn, because of some international regulations to prove the age of the actor.
The reason being Dark Byte can get in trouble for hosting warez/Porn, or promoting the usage of warez.
That's not to say if some random guy posted a bunch of that, that he would get in any immediate trouble. Also, there are some countries that do not have the same laws, so depending on where the site is hosted (in the U.S.) and where Dark Byte lives (The Netherlands?) changes his ability to be applicable to the laws within another country.
But put simply: Dark Byte is not responsible for content posted by users. If the content is deemed illegal, then the rightful copyright holders must first present this to the site owner (Dark Byte), requesting the removal of the content. But because he (possibly) lives in another country, that may change weather there can be any legal action taken against him personally, though the content may still be removed (by force if necessary).

Exactly! I just simply don't understand why people doesn't give a thought for others, posting warez only harm the site owner.
