if you edit cheat engine to do so, sure. it can download trojans and viruses yes.
I guess you could even create one with ce

This is one of the stupidest questions you could post here. If it did, why would there be any community like this? We would all be rather stupid to hang around here if it downloads virusses. It is possible for your virus scanner to find one file a virus, DBK32.SYS, but it's not. Error in your virsus scanner.
