Fuck no. That is way too expensive for what you get. Also, it has some completely useless items like the physx card and the KillerNIC, which are basically useless and jack up the price.
Also, the 1000watt PSU is completely excessive, you could run that system with a quality 550watt easily.
Blu-Ray burner is unnecessary unless you have a specific use for it.
Coming from someone who's used RAID for years, the average person doesn't need it. If you want to do anything, get a Raptor, you'll notice the lower seek times much more than the increased STR of RAID.
Vista is a terrible OS, I would not recommend it to anyone.
Build your own system, it'll be much cheaper and much more customizable. I've owned Alienware systems and they're not that great. You can build a similar performing system (minus the monitor) for under 2 grand.

Just to add, your system is not future proof.

Also, I highly doubt you have a need for 4TB of space. I have tons and tons of media, and I'm still at under 2TB, and I can almost guarantee I have far more media than you.
I see a lot of random unnecessary things in there, throwing as much as you can into a system does not make it good.

The liquid cooling was a necessity.
and also Suck A Cheetas Dick, It's not overly expensive for me.
I admit there is a few things I can take out, but some of it I would need.
Thanks for the feedback

The KillerNIC just makes me laugh, $300-400 for a NIC? Yeah right. Considering all benchmarks have proven it has no noticeable improvement, I think I'll stick with my trusty onboard.
Lag comes from the distance of the server, devices it has to travel through, etc. The NIC would be the least of my worries.
Then the physx card is almost as bad. What like 4 games support it? And from what I hear, it doesn't do much at all but slow the entire graphics subsystem down. I like the idea of more realistic physics, but the physx card is a very bad implementation.

The only way I would recommend liquid cooling is if you want both extreme overclocking and complete silence, otherwise it's probably not worth the extra expense, added maintenance, and risk of leaks.
It doesn't matter if you have money to spend, that system is just wasteful.
A Q6600 is under $300
4GB of decent RAM will be under $200
A good board will be $200-300
A case is about $100
A PSU for such a rig should run around $100
A pair of 8800gt's will be around $550
Then if you wanna throw in an aftermarket heatsink, about $50
Then a 500GB hard drive, which will most likely be more than enough, is about $100
That comes out to $1650 for the base system, and a quality one at that.

For what? You are going to try to overclock that Quad on a 680i chipset? If 7k is not a lot to you, at least go get a decent rig for that money, not that shit.

Although this is obviously not a seriously posted question...
Do this instead, goto sites such as NewEgg.com / TigerDirect.com / etc. and locate the same parts that you listed in that system, or something close to them and write down the prices for each. See how much cheaper it will cost you to build the system yourself by buying the parts separately. I bet it will be a bit cheaper.
As for a few of the things listed, I'd assume you just picked the best pieces for each of the categories and posted it here for a laugh.
4 terabytes of disk space? I doubt you could fill that up unless you download gigs upon gigs of porn every day.

If you want, I can help you pick out parts for a nice system on there in a wee bit, I have some work around the house to do first. I just don't wanna see someone spending 4x what they need to.

I'm 18
And Suck A Cheetas Dick that would be nice of you [can I call you SACD?]
Seriously thanks alot for the help.
When you can just post a couple of links to some parts.
I'm looking for enough to make a fairly fast computer.
Doesn't have to be Extreme though

There's the system I picked out, and the links. Just a little cheaper than your Alienware and should perform about the same.
I'm no expert on monitors, so you'll have to pick one out yourself, and as an audio enthusiast I use floorstanding stereo speakers rather than standard computer ones, so I know little about those too.
Using an nVidia chipset will likely limit your overclocking as opposed to a p35, but it's the only way to get official SLI support, and with as big of a monitor as you want I think you would benefit from SLI.
EDIT: forgot the heatsink
