Heartless

For those who don't know how to do get VB/C/C++/ anything else for free. The only way to get them for free is to download them illegally, which CEF does not support.

First, you need to download uTorrent, Bit Torrent, or something else.
Second, you need to go to fid the torrent with sites like: http://torrentz.com/, http://torrentz.com/, or http://www.torrentspy.com/.
Third, download the torrent.
Fourth, Open your uTorrent, or whatever you downloaded.
Fifth, drag your torrent file into uTorrent, or whatever.
Sixth, Just wait until it is done downloading, and make sure you are seeding.
Seventh, Go to My Computer -> [Insert your computer name here]'s Documents -> Downloads, and it should be there.

Those instructions listed above are not supported by CEF, don't do it.

*NOTE: IF you have AIM, then there should be 2 download folders, pick the one with a capital "D".

This is not supported by CEF.
