How do I cheat?

So, I used to use CE a lot about 6 months ago, before I upgraded my pc from x86 -> x64, and now I get errors such as:
"The driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or not responding. I recommend to reboot your system and try again."
"Failed starting the process watcher."
So, is CE incompatible with XP 64-bit? Or do I just have something configured wrong in my PC? I have the latest drivers for everything.

PC Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 4200+ (2.2ghz)
3072 RAM (I believe corsair; it's two non-dual channel 512 mb and 2 dual channel 1gb sticks)
Sapphire Ati Radeon X800 Gto2 256 mb
XP Pro x64 edition (5.2, build 3790)
ASRock 939dual-sata2 mobo

Any help is appreciated Smile

CE and x64 don't mix at all. Upgrade to x86.

You can install a 32 bit operating system on a 64 bit processor.
