There are a few instances where this is incorrect, but anyone lurking this forum who agreed to the registration agreement should already know what they are. (Thirteen years old, or over.)
There, their and they're.
Instance of "there"
"Over there in the distance, there is a Golden Eagle."
When to use "there"
A place
Instance of "their"
"That is their dog, Spot"
When to use "their"

A and An
The difference between the use of "a" and "an" is relatively small, the only difference is that you use "an" when the next word starts with a vowel. (A, E, I, O, U)
