First: THIS IS A PROOF OF CONCEPT PROJECT. IT IS ALMOST SUPPOSED TO CRASH YOUR COMP!!!!!

cetc is a memory browser (hopefully someday scanner) that runs in the kernel. It receives commands using the network.
This version DOES NOT support scanning. Only browsing memory. And don't even try adding addresses to the list. It won't work.

It is just to show that it is possible to run a memory scanner without any other process.

how to use it:
WINDOWS XP ONLY
Run the cetcload.exe program and fill in the servicename you want and the filename (in case you renamed it). Click ok, and it'll load the driver and close the window.

Then run client.exe from a different computer(not your own comp...) and connect to the comp that has the driver loaded.
Go to the processlist and choose a process. Now you should be able to browse it's memory using the memory view window. (Note that when closing the process and the memory view is open you'll crash your comp)


CETC is a open source project (check the cvs, and it's mainly in C), and it should be easy to add processwatcher support to the driver, and access those pesky hidden processes.
And you should also be able to finish the scanning routines. I made a little start on it, but got other stuff to do.

You should also be able to create your own client for CETC servers. The protocol is based on the cheat engine client/server version
