How do I cheat?

I can attempting to bypass a protection and doing this ive come to a spot where I cant continue.

The program calls a function which for my noobness I cant follow it in ollydbg.


The line is: 7C172FB3 FF50 58 CALL DWORD PTR DS:[EAX+58]

How do I find out where this goes?

Look for EAX's value at that point, use calculator to add 58 to it and go to that location.
