My dad is finally teaching me how to drive! The thing I want to know is that if I need permission from my school to take the driving test? Or do I just to to the DMV and sign up. What else do I need for the test and how hard is the test?

Asians cant drive so just forget it.

Just go to the DMV and take the test. Its not that hard.

Step1: take a drivers-ed course
Step2: Go to the DMV, take the written test for your provisional license (also known as a PERMIT*)
Step3: Sign up for drivers training after you get your permit, bring your drivers ed certificate of completion and your permit.
Step4: After you have had your permit for 6months, and you have completed all of the drivers training lessons, its time to take your behind the wheel test.
Step5: Pass your behind the wheel test (its easy as FUCK, make sure not to drive tooo slow though). After that, you get your license!

*The only time you may legally operate a motor-vehicle when you have a permit is when you are accompanied by a licensed driver over the age of 25.
