Well i know most of the stuff in visual basics 6.0, but whenever i save to the desktop or other folders etc, i can't open it.

Save the project.

File -> Save Project As

Then it will go through each file and ask what you want to save them as.

If you mean save by compile the program into an exe, you would need to do:

File -> Make <Project Name>

Uninstall and reinstall. If you continue to have this problem I suggest telling us what the specific error is. If we can't help you contact Microsoft's support team.
