| well, that would only work if your ISP assigns you ip, but i doubt that.

That's just how to no longer have a static ip, are you like trying to get around an IP block? Cause that's like a whole 'nother process

you remember that time you helped me with that IP thing for Utorrent?
well like, you changed my Ip to static right? O.o
ever since that day, i cant change my IP at all >.>
which is where the other thread i made about rapidshare comes in....
I used to be able to just skip the download limit by changing my Ip by resetting my modem, but now i cant change my IP at all >.>

doesnt work, and the other options take too long to test...
and take away my purpose for actually changing the IP address...
