i moved to usa like a few months ago and im not sure if its normal for 15 year old to go tick or treating...

Also, to answer your question.
Most people who go out are like...... teens and adults~
So like, no.
PS:
Reason is cuz they got like brothers and sisters so they need a guardian so they like go out with them acting like they dont want to trick or treat but deep inside they know they want the stupid candy so they go out and buy a costume so they can dump their bros/sisters and then leave them behind so they dont get candy... OR........ they just jack all the candy.
