Is the breakpoint feature not
supported under Windows XP
Prof in VirtualBox 1.5.2?

I tested it with Pinball.

no idea, could be virtualbox has a bug where it doesn't correctly emulate the breakpoint interrupt (like some very old vmware version, current vmware does work though)

TSearch 1.6b also does
not show a breakpoint.

I have also asked in the
virtual box forum right now.

The reason I use virtual box
instead of vmware is:
a) virtual box needs much less resources
b) it is freeware instead of vmware workstation
c) it can all I need
